- 1 medium onion
- 500g potatoes, peeled and cubed
- salt and pepper, a good pinch of both
- 50g bacon fat
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
- 1.5L water
- 4-5 tbsp croutons (toasted or fried diced bread)
- ½ glass olive oil
