Spicy Meatloaf - Aloha From Oregon

Ingredients

• 1-1/2 lbs ground beef or turkey
• 1/4 lb pork sausage
• 2 eggs
• 1 small can tomato sauce
• 1 small onion (chopped (1/4 cup))
• 1 clove garlic finely chopped
• 1/2 tsp ground mustard
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 3 slices bread (torn into small pieces)
• 1 jar Aloha From Oregon Habanero Pepper Jelly or Apricot Pepper Jelly for a not so hot version
