Ingredients: 1 cup of rolled oats; 1/2 cup of almond flour (or whole blanched almonds- I used my food processor to roughly grind them); 1/2 cup of brown sugar; 1/2 cup of toasted and chopped hazelnuts (I used my food processor to roughly grind them); 1/4 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut; 85 grs of unsalted butter, cut into cubes, at room temperature; 3 tbsp maple syrup; 1 tspn cinnamon; 1 tbsp sunflower seeds (optional)
