Ingredients

• 4 pounds (2 kg) 1 Beef Brisket
• 3 tbsps (45 ml) stubbs beef rub
• 1 cup (250 ml) stubbs original bar b q sauce
• 1 cup (250 ml) crushed pineapple
• 2 tbsps (30 ml) Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
