• 3 stalks of celery
• 1 box of sliced fresh mushrooms

• 4 cups of chicken broth
• 1-pint heavy whipping cream
• 1 cup of white wine
• all purpose seasoning
• 2# bags of country style frozen potatoes
• 1 can cream of potato soup
• 1 cup sour cream
• 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
• 1/3 cup diced sweet onion
• 1/2 t. salt
