This is absolutely fabulous and so easy to make.
Ingredients
- ½ cup honey
- salt to taste
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 5 pound beef brisket
- 1 cup apple cider
- ¾ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp garlic powder
