Ingredients

• 1/2 pound shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
• 1/2 pound of shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 tablespoon of butter
• 1 cup of diced tomato
• 1 diced onion
• 2 cloves of minced garlic
• 2 diced jalapeno pepper
• 1 diced and roasted green bell pepper
• 1 tablespoon of corn starch
• 1 cup of milk
• 1/4 cup of fresh cilantro (coriander)
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
• 15 ounces of tortilla chips
