Blueberry Pie | Wish Farms

Ingredients

• 3 pints fresh Wish Farms blueberries
• 1/2 cup white granulated sugar
• 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 tablespoons cornstarch
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/8- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
• 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice or substitute orange
• 1 teaspoon lemon zest or substitute orange
• 1 tablespoon cold unsalted butter, chopped
• 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon fine ground salt
• 1 tablespoon granulated white sugar
• 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, chilled, and cut into 1 inch pieces
• 1/4 to 1/2 cup ice water
• Egg wash: 1 large egg beaten with 1 teaspoon water
• Coarse sugar for sprinkling, optional
