We really love a Spanish Omelette here at Twisted, but we've never loved something quite as much as we loved this!
Ingredients
- 1 packet (150g) crisp of choice
- 6 whole eggs
- 150g goats cheese
- 2 red onions, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp olive oil, for cooking
- salt and pepper, to taste
