Meatballs with Herb Salad

Ingredients

• 5 ml White Wine Vinegar
• 5 ml English Mustard
• 1 piece Egg beaten
• 115 g Cream Cheese
• 15 ml Plain Yoghurt
• 300 g Beef Mince lean
• 200 g Pork Mince
• 8 pods Cardamom seeds removed
• 10 ml Coriander Seed
• 4 cloves Garlic
• 1 pinch Salt
• 2.5 ml Turmeric
• Chilli Powder to taste
• 45 ml Coriander Leaves chopped
• 30 ml Flaked Almonds toasted
• 30 ml Mint Leaves chopped
• 30 ml Chives chopped
• 30 ml Flat leaf Parsley
• 30 ml Groundnut Oil for frying
• 45 ml Olive Oil
• 200 g Baby Plum Tomatoes halved lengthways
• 4 piece Shallots finely sliced and deep-fried
• 150 g Mixed Salad Leaves
