• 3 Large Village Farms luscious seedless long english cucumbers , seeded and cut into ½ inch chunks
• 2 cups Plain yogurt or yogurt cheese
• 2 tsp Minced garlic
• 2 tsp Finely-chopped dill
• 1 tbsp Olive oil
• 1 tbsp Lemon juice
• 1 tsp Salt
