Ingredients
- 6 beetroot (peeled)
- 1. Peel and boil beetroot till tender.
- 2. Thinly slice even slices of beetroot.
- 3. Brush an oven sheet pan with oil.
- 4. Toss Beetroot slices with good pinch salt and pepper.
- 5. Place on oven tray.
- 6. Bake on 220degC, turning over once or twice to crisp on either side.
- 7. Remove from oven. Allow to cool and crisp.
- 8. Becareful not to burn them.
