Ingredients

• chicken 1 kg (cut in cubes)
• salt 1 tsp
• white pepper 1 tsp
• ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
• dark soya sauce 1 tbsp
• cornflour 4 tbsp
• eggs 2
• oil 4 tbsp
• ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp
• green chilli 5 (cut in two)
• dry whole red chilli 4
• onion 1 large (cut in cubes and separate the layers)
• spring onion 1/2 cup
• Schezwan sauce 4 tbsp (check the link for homemade)
• tomato ketchup 6 tbsp
• dark soya sauce 2 tbsp
• black pepper powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
• vinager 2 tbsp
• sugar 1 tbsp
• bellpepper 2 medium (cut in cubes)
• hot water 3 cups (mixed with) 2 knorr chicken cubes
• salt 1/2 tsp
• cornflour 2 tbsp (mixed with) water
