Carrot Cuppies | My Version recipe by Mrs Admin (mashuda)

Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 2 cup castor sugar
• ¾ cup oil
• ¾ cup buttermilk
• 2 cups flour
• 2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon bicarbonate soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoon cinnamon powder
• ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
• 3 cups grated carrots
• ¾ cups chopped pecan nuts
• 125g butter
• 1 cup icing sugar
• ½ tub cream cheese
