  • 50g Walnuts
  • 1 Bag (washed and dried) fresh & naked Wild Rocket
  • Dressing
  • ½ tsp mustard Mustard
  • ½ tbsp cider or White Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • You’ll also need some Greaseproof paper
