Greek meat pizza pie recipe

Ingredients

• 2 pizza doughs: homemade or frozen
• 1 pound lean ground beef or lamb
• olive oil
• salt and a lot of black pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 large onion chopped
• 1 garlic clove chopped thin or minced
• 1/2 cup red wine
• 1/2 cup tomato sauce or 1 tomato chopped
• 10-20 Greek olives pitted and crushed slightly.1/4 -1/2 cup feta cheese
• optional: 1/4 cup eggplant diced
