• ½ yellow onions

• salt and black pepper to taste
• ¼ cups breadcrumbs
• ½ cups Puck® Cooking Cream

• ½ lemon zest, finely grated
• 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
• ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
• 250 g peas mince
• 250 g mixed mince meat
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tbsp butter, for frying
• 300 g pasta, preferably tagliatelle
• 100 g Havarti cheese, grated
• 25 g fresh basil
