Ingredients: 1 lb. ground breakfast sausage, no casings; 2 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded, divided; 2 cups whole milk; 3 large eggs; 1/2 tsp. ground pepper; dash of salt; 1/4 tsp. onion powder; 2 lbs frozen tater tots, or shredded hash browns; 4 strips bacon, cooked & crumbled; 3 tbsp. freshly chopped parsley (optional)
