Ingredients

- 2 1/2 cups cream
- 1/3 cup white granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
- 1/2 teaspoon espresso powder (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 ounces Heath bars or other English toffee
