Chicken leek and bacon pie - Multix

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 50g butter
• 1 large leek, washed and cut in 1 cm slices
• 3 chicken breasts, skin off and cut in 5cm chunks
• 3 rashers rindless bacon, cut in 1cm strips
• 1½ cup chicken stock
• ½ cup milk
• 2 tablespoons plain flour
• sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 sheet good quality frozen puff pastry
• 1 egg, beaten
