Homemade Irish Cream | Carnation
Our homemade Irish Cream is super simple to make, simply delicious served over ice, and an excellent way to round off Christmas dinner (if you’re old enough!)
Ingredients
- 397g Carnation Caramel
- 1 tbsp Instant coffee (we used Azera) dissolved in 1 tbsp boiling water
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1-2 tbsp Chocolate syrup (we used Carnation Chocolate Drizzle)
- 350ml Irish Whisky
- 450ml Single cream
