Orange Sweet Potatoes And Spinach

Ingredients

• 1/2 medium onion, chopped
• Olive oil
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. each ground cumin, coriander, turmeric
• a pinch each ground cloves and chili powder
• 1 large sweet potato, peeled and diced
• I garlic clove, minced
• Juice from 1 large orange or lime
• 6 prunes, chopped into large pieces, or a handful of dried cherries or raisins
• a large bunch of spinach, cleaned and stemmed
