Cheesy Potato Soup | Puck

Ingredients

• 2 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp flour
• 4 cups chicken stock
• ½ cups Puck® Cream Cheese Spread
• 0.3 cups pepperoni, chopped (this gives the soup a nice spice)
• ½ cups leeks, chopped
• ¼ cups onions, chopped
• 1 tsp garlic, minced
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• ¼ cups spring onions, sliced
