Crustless Quiche | newsouthtable

Ingredients

• 3/4 pound deli ham, chopped
• 1/2 medium onion, chopped into tiny bits
• 8 oz extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (I use a mixture of white and yellow, but this is up to you.)
• 4 oz cream cheese
• 2 cups milk
• 5 eggs
• 1 cup baking mix (Bisquick, Jiffy, etc.)
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/8 tsp pepper
