Ingredients: 3/4 pound deli ham, chopped; 1/2 medium onion, chopped into tiny bits; 8 oz extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (I use a mixture of white and yellow, but this is up to you.); 4 oz cream cheese; 2 cups milk; 5 eggs; 1 cup baking mix (Bisquick, Jiffy, etc.); 1/2 tsp salt; 1/8 tsp pepper
