• Sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1″ cubes, 1 lb
• Brown sugar, 1/4 cup
• Large eggs, separated, 3
• Vanilla extract, 1 tsp
• Evaporated milk or whole milk, 1/4 cup
• Unsalted butter, melted, 1/4 cup
• All-purpose flour, 1/4 cup
• Baking powder, 1 tsp
• Salt, 1/2 tsp
• Allspice, 1 tsp
• Cinnamon, 1 tsp
• Nutmeg (optional), 1/2 tsp
• Melted butter, 2 tbsp
• Flour, 1/4 cup
• Walnuts or pecans, chopped, 2-3 oz.
• Marshmallows, 1/3 cup
