Saucy Grilled Prawn recipe by Shaheda

Ingredients

• 1kg prawns, cleaned and deveined keep shell on
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1tĺ Aromat (a South African Spice)
• 2 teaspoon crushed green chillies
• 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
• 1 teaspoon fish spice
• 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon crushed kashmiri chillies*
• 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon sujees fish masala*
• ½ bunch green dhania (coriander)
• 6 mint leaves*
• 2 tablespoon olive
