Ingredients
- 4 medium-sized gala apples (peeled, cored, quartered, then cut into slices)
- 300 g cranberries (fresh or frozen)
- 150 g caster sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon (levelled)
- 70 - 90 ml spiced rum (optional)
- 160 g plain flour
- 110 g caster sugar
- 110 g butter ( cold, cut into small 1 cm cubes)
- 40 g porridge oats
- 40 g flaked almonds
