Broccoli Mushroom Beef - Just Yume

Ingredients

• ¼ lb beef - thinly sliced - the better cut of beef the better :-)
• 16 broccoli florets (about 1 medium-sized broccoli crown)
• ¼ Yellow onion - cut them in thicker long strips
• 8 button mushroom - quartered or halves
• 3 tbsp Essential Cooking sauce
• 1 cup Water or stock
• 2 cloves garlic - crushed
• 2 tsp ground black pepper
• 1 tsp tapioca or corn starch mixed with 2 TBSP of water
• 2 tbsp cooking oil
