Come Into My Kitchen - Coconut Truffles
In a medium sized bowl, combine the butter, sugar, coconut, cocoa and vanilla. Blend well and refrigerate until easily handled. Shape into small balls.

- 1 cup confectioners' sugar, sifted
- 2/3 cup flaked coconut
- 3 TBS cocoa
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Flaked coconut
- Finely chopped nuts (walnuts or pistachios)
