Ingredients

• 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken thighs, diced
• 1/2 medium onion, diced
• 2 tsp. minced garlic
• 1/2 c. soy sauce
• 1/2 c. Firebee Raw Honey
• 1/4 c. rice vinegar
• 1/4 tsp. black pepper
• 1 tsp. ground ginger
• 1/4 c. water
• 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
• Cooked rice - optional
• green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
