• 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
• 1/4 red onion,diced
• 1 jalapeno,seeded and finely chopped
• 2 tbsp. fresh thyme, chopped
• 2 tbsp. fresh cilantro
• 1/2 yellow bell pepper, sedded & finely chopped.
• 2 tbsp.Hot sauce
• 2 tbsp. grill seasoning
• 2 tbsp. ground cumin
• olive oil, for drizzling
• 1 cup sweet red pepper relish
• green leaf lettuce
• Kaiser rolls, split
• 1/2 lb. sliced pepper jack cheese
