- 1 1/2 Tb Cumin
- 1 Tb Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 C Frozen Corn
- 2 C Minute Rice
- 8 oz Cream Cheese (room temp and cubed)
- Monterrey Jack Cheese (Shredded)
- 4 Green Onion (diced)
- Cilantro (chopped)
