• 1 egg, yolk only
• 3/4 cup sourdough discard
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 3/4 cup all purpose or wheat flour( I do a mixture of both)
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 2 tablespoons butter, melted
