- 1 package fudge-brownie mix (use the 8 inch pan mix)
- 1 (14 oz) pkg. Kraft caramels (Kraft really does work the best)
- 2 - 8 oz. pkgs Philadelphia cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
- 2 oz. bitter-sweet chocolate
- 1/4th cup evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
- ** 1 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
