Ingredients

• 1 cup of fine, dry bread crumbs (not toasted)
• 0.33 cup of freshly grated parmesan cheese
• 2 tsp of salt
• 0.13 tsp of pepper
• 0.25 cup of minced fresh parsley
• 0.75 cup of melted butter
• 1 clove of garlic , crushed
• 1 fryer, cut up (or pieces of your choice)
