• 2 onions, 1 grated, 1 finely chopped
• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
• 1 tsp cumin seeds
• 1 large carrot, finely diced
• 2 tsp plain flour
• 2 tbsp rose harissa
• 2 tbsp gravy granules
