• 1 cup (250 ml) sugar
• 1 teaspoon (5 ml) turmeric
• 2 teaspoons (10 ml) celery seeds
• 2 teaspoons (10 ml) mustard seeds
• 2 teaspoons (10 ml) coriander seeds
