This delicious and oh-so-gooey chocolate brownie pudding only takes 40 minutes to prepare and will leave your guests coming back for more!
Ingredients
- 150g cake flour
- 5ml (1 tsp) baking powder
- 50g cocoa powder
- 50g salted butter
- 50g dark chocolate
- 225g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 5ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract
- 125ml (½ cup) warm milk mixed with 15ml (1 tbsp) instant coffee
- <h3>Chocolate syrup</h3>
- 125ml (½ cup) water
- 100g (½ cup) sugar
- 30ml (2 tbsp) cocoa powder
- good quality ice cream, to serve
- dark chocolate, melted, to serve (optional)
