• 1 ts Vanilla extract
• 1/2 c Unsweetened cocoa
• 3/4 c Flour
• 3/4 c Brown Sugar firmly packed
• 1 tb Garlic minced
• 1/4 ts Black Pepper freshly ground
• 2 tb Fish sauce
• 3 Green onions, cut into
• 1 1/2 c Granulated sugar
• 2 lb Chicken parts
• 1 ts Sugar
• Stephen Ceideburg
• 2 Stalks lemongrass
• 2 Fresh red chiles, seeded and
• 1/2 ts Kosher salt
• Oil, for stir frying
• 1 Handful fresh basil or mint
