Spicy rolls.. « SOULFUL BAKES – by Shano Biju

Ingredients

• 500 g All purpose flour/ Maida
• 3 tbsp Oil
• Warm water
• 250 g Minced chicken/mutton
• 1 cup Large Onion ( finely cut)
• 1/4 cup Curd
• 1/2 tsp Sugar
• 1/4 cup Chopped tomatoes
• Coriander leaves (a bunch)
• 4 tbsp Oil
• Sliced onion
• 2 tsp Lemon juice
• Oil for frying
• 3 tbsp Red chillies finely chopped
• 3/4 tsp Cumin
• Cinnamon 1" piece
• 2 Cloves
• 3 tbsp Garlic paste
• 2 tsp Black pepper
• 1/4 cup Freshly grated coconut
