- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground mixed spice
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- butter, for greasing
- 85 g butter
- 100 g light muscovado sugar
- 200 ml double cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
