Mango Tart – Empaque de Mangos del Pacífico

Ingredients

• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/3 cup confectioners’ sugar
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, cold and cubed
• 3 large egg yolks
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 2 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 2 Tablespoons cornstarch
• 1 1/4 cups whole milk
• 1/2a vanilla bean split lengthwise
• 3 large mangos, cut into thin slices
