• 1/2 tsp. dried thyme or 1 tsp. fresh thyme
• 1/4 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
• 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
• 1/2 tsp, kosher salt
• 2 cups 2% milk
• 1 pound sliced mushrooms
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/4 cup diced shallots
• 3 Tbs cooking sherry
• 2 cups shredded swiss cheese
• 1 Tbs unsalted butter
