Mustard Chicken recipe by Fatima Latib

Ingredients

• Mustard chicken
• 1 chicken cut in +/- 10 pieces
• 1 teaspoon crushed chillies
• ½ teaspoon crushed black pepper
• 1 teaspoon mustard powder
• Salt to taste
• 3 tablespoons vinegar
• 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
• 2 whole red dry chillies
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 10 baby carrots (I omitted)
• 10 baby potatoes
• 1 cup water
• 2 tablespoons flour
• Add chicken, crushed red chillies, pepper, mustard, salt and vinegar.
