Sausage Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 lb. Nueske’s Ham and Bacon Sausage, cut into 1” thick coins
• 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil, divided
• 1 30 oz. bag frozen shredded hash browns
• 12 large eggs, whisked
• 1 1/4 cups whole milk
• 1 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. black pepper
• 2 cups shredded medium or sharp Cheddar cheese
• Chopped parsley, chives or chervil, if desired
