• 2 oz Brie cheese, cubed
• 1 small ripe pear, cored and thinly sliced
• 1/3 cup raspberries
• 2 tsp honey
• 1 cup organic whole wheat flour
• 1 cup organic all-purpose flour
• 1 pkg (2 1/4 tsp) instant yeast
• 1 tsp granulated sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 3/4 cup very warm water (120 to 130°F)
• 1 tbsp olive oil
