• ¾ cup + 2 tbsp unsalted butter, at room temp
• ¾ cup sugar
• ¼ cup light brown sugar, packed
• 1 egg
• 1 egg yolk
• A splash of Vainilla Molina Clear
• ⅔ cup fresh strawberries, diced
• 6 oz cream cheese
• ¼ cup powdered sugar
