- 2 eggs
- 500 ml (2 cups) pumpkin purée
- 180 ml (3/4 cups) maple syrup (preferably dark syrup for its robust flavour)
- 1 ml (1/4 teaspoon) ground ginger
- 1 ml (1/4 teaspoon) clove
- 3 ml (1/2 teaspoon) ground nutmeg
- 5 ml (1 teaspoon) ground cinnamon
- 250 ml (1 cup) 15% or 35% cream
