Moonlight Meatloaf recipe: I refined this recipe to be quick and easy, when i was working two jobs.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 box stovetop stuffing chicken flavor
- 1 sweet onion chopped
- 1 bell pepper chopped
- 1/4 cup quick oats
- 1/3 cup bbq sauce
- 2 tsp liquid smoke
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/3 tsp yellow curry powder
- 1 tblsp brown sugar
